8.2 Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jaydi from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights, including claims related to hiring decisions made using our AI analysis.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or other reasons at our discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your account and associated data, though some information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
